Patrick does an excellent job of describing what to do or not do in order to navigate small talk successfully. I will say that this book leaves more to be desired, it doesn’t go into as fine of detail as I would have liked, but being that Patrick has quite a few other similar books I’m interested in diving into those for some further study.
Overall a very helpful book for those like me who need a little boost up the social skills ladder.
