X-Men brings back the classic superhero book we all know and love. It's such a fun and fantastic read that everyone should check it out. The way Polaris used her powers was so cool and she created an awesome robot that I never saw coming. I guess her fans were right. Electing her to join the new roster was the best for the character. X-Factor was not for her. At least not under Leah's pen. Larraz delivers some fantastically detailed art throughout the issue. There are so many great visual moments and the art is exciting and vibrant. X-Men #1 returns the mutant team to its superheroic roots, with a creative team willing to up the scale of the challenges that the team will face. This is a perfect jumping-on point for readers.
