I returned my malfunctioning Akaso digital camera - process was easy enough. Quick reply but the amount of the gift card issued was WAY less than the replacement cost. I was unhappy and disappointed. I contacted customer support and spoke with a cheerful rep and submitted the receipts for my camera and warranty coverage. I was SO SKEPTICAL! I figured I'd get a sob story - to my great surprise and appreciation Asurion Protection stepped up and within 18 hours or so I received another gift card that covered the entire cost of my replacement purchase. I will DEFINATELY be adding Asurion Product Protection to my new camera.
