MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS - You can always count on a great Jill Shalvis book - great bedroom action, awesome characters that aren't too perfect but aren't too damaged, and a fantastic setting and story. Hudson Kincaid and his twin Jacob were the result of a fling, and yet the rest of the Kincaids have accepted these two boys into their fold. Hudson has a lot of issues on his mind - he is in charge of the ski patrol portion of the resort, he is a part-time cop in town, his mother has been in & out of the real world for some time now & needs 24/7 help, and there is also the guilt from pushing his brother Jacob away. And then he meets Bailey, a beautiful graphic designer who has been hired to paint a mural. I adore Bailey with her positive attitude, she has a new lease on life & no one will stand in her way of fulfilling her dreams. Bailey knows Hudson is busy & has very little time or emotion to spend on a relationship but since their chemistry is too strong to be denied, they give themselves permission to have a fling...and then maybe one more night...oh yeah, and maybe one more time, and on it goes until they have to face the music that they have serious feelings for each other. Worst part of book - Hudson does the typical "I'm emotionally unavailable, better stay away from feelings" crap. Best part of book - Hudson does not treat Bailey like a sickly girl, he goes at her rough, fast, out of control & she absolutely loves it! Can't wait for Jacob's story!
