I wrote a two star review years, the pillows were lumpy and subpar quality. Recently the company reached out to me multiple times to get me to delete the review. At first I refused but then they upped the refund to $40 and said they were really trying to do better as a company so I agreed.
Well... no refund and ghosted me as soon as I deleted it. Totally crooked way to do business. Now you get a one star review
