I've been disappointed with this book ever since I bought it. I love Jamie Oliver. I like healthful cooking. Still, very few of the recipes even make me want to try them. It's a big turn off. His previous book, which also featured healthier recipes that cooked quickly, was better. I honestly wish I had bought something else, but I'm not happy with selling it back on Amazon and receiving half of what I paid for it even though I've had it for less than a month.
