This was a long read but I didn't want it to end. The story was a roller coaster ride with great characters. The balance and timing was well thought out; there wasn't too much of one character or too little either and the amount of page time given each issue or flashback or character seemed just right. I never once skipped over any scenes or dialogue. I kept looking forward to getting back to the story during the day when I was occupied with other things like regular life.
The premise is chilling and somewhat disturbing. I know it's only fiction, BUT... Mr. Riddle made this scenario seem completely plausible in this day and age and that is frightening. Which made this story such a riveting one.
