I contacted the seller and they first off questioned me extensively and asked for multiple pictures of the charger plugged in and the device not working. I answered and supplyed multiple pictures by email. On February 16th. It is now February 24th and they have ghosted me. No reply, no new charger. Nothing. Pretty pitiful cusomer service. I know when a charger doesn't work correctly. Ive been an electrician for 38 years. Have my license and am a pretty good troubleshooter. If things change I'll be happy to post the results. Don't look like thats gonna be an option.
