I've purchased and used several of the MSNSwitch 2-outlet units with IP control - mostly because they were the least expensive I could find (~$100). But, I still had several applications where 2 outlets wouldn't cut it. Finally, I found this unit which was much cheaper than they typical $500+ these strips usually go for.
The unit was easy to rackmount and setup. I'm actively using 3 ports configured with special power-on delays. So far, its operated exactly as I would expect. I will likely purchase a second of these as soon as outgrow this one.
