Customer Review

This book is a good read, but Smith doesn’t write the American way of speaking very accurately. I oftentimes felt offended by her misjudgment of America and Americans. She uses lots of British phrases and words that Americans never use. At least not I nor anybody I have ever heard speak or write. She also included two very vulgar phonographic sex scenes that are terribly unnecessary and disgusting. She also mocks Christians and Christianity in her books. A totally incorrect and offensive perception and representation of true Christians. White Teeth is a better story. She still mocks Christians in it, but not like On Beauty. I can’t recommend this book, based on her disgusting porno scenes and her clear disrespect for Christians.
