Tenderly and beautifully written. Reminds me of the journeys described in the books West With Giraffes. and The Lincoln Highway. A beautiful tale with historical references that bring us close to the heart of vagabonds and their struggles of living in Midwest America in the early 30’s. Highly recommended.
