Asurion was purchased on 09/15/2019 for coverage on a Bissell Crosswave. In September of 2021 it stopped working. I contacted Asurion and was given instructions for free shipping to send the unit to them.
I was given several updates as they waited for parts, within a two week period the unit was back to me to me working and looking like new. I wish to thank the staff at Asurion for "excellent" service.
