I gave this book 4 as it is an excellent read for those who feel too much and take on other people's crap only to try to self soothe with food & drink. Even though there is a lot of merit to this book for the sensitive person who struggles with their weight, I found the implementation of the writing and other steps of the programme difficult to follow. For instance Colette recommends 2 journals but only specifies after you've been journaling for 2 weeks which one you should've been writing in. I kept having to guess at different stages where I should be writing what - and really one journal would've worked just as well. I think it would be better and more beneficial to read this book through and then start the steps. Having said that, there is a lot to be gained from the journaling and exercises. There are some amazing insights here, so keep reading and writing. I'm sure all I have learned will help me in my life struggle! Thank you Colette.
