Vacuum broke within 30 days of purchase. Samsung refused to return product but insisted to have it repaired. Upon its return, it broke again in a different way within a week. Samsung guaranteed me a 100% refund. When did not hear back about shipping, I called again. Speaking to a supervisor for an hour and a half, Samsung declined to return my product. Their warranty is like a 2nd hand stores - no returns! Based on warranty issues and product effectiveness, I cannot recommend this product.
Also: - Brush does get dog & human hair wrapped around it contrary to advertisement. - Debris does not make it to bin because of the turbine area being in the debris pathway. - Vacuum navigated very well and left floors very clean when it actually cleaned; however, near the edge of the rug, it leaves alot on the floor. - Alexa cannot control the device, only turn it "on". The Vacuum stays stationary. - It does not navigate through the entire house. It has trouble making it through hallways. - Edge feature only works 10% of when it should.
Finally, Amazon's typical return system denies the option to return. Thank you for the support, or lack there of.
