This is a bold take on romance. It is more of an adventure novel. The boldness stems from things discussed as what takes place. It is subjective whether it is a good thing or not. I absolutely love Rosh. She is a very strong person and funny, in some of the things she says, in situations. Of all the heroines I have read about, she wins the "titanium ovaries" award because she really "has a pair". From the very beginning you get a look at her stength through her pain. Stance is manly, strong, hot and protective. He shows how loyal he is to someone he loves and the lengths he will go to protect them. This novel sets TL Swan's new entrance into adventure/romance. Ferrara is another adventure/romance that is worth reading.
