Pyle is a good name for this item, They forgot the middle and last name (of crap). I bought this in November 2020. Started having problems with it in April. Tried to put a claim in under Asurion extended warranty. Was told it would have to go back to manufacturer as it was still covered under their warranty . called Pyle was told that I had to pay for shipping to and from them (which I was willing to do). Plus I would have to pay up to $60.00 for items not covered under the warranty. I was called today and Pyle said the machine was received damaged and was not able to be fixed. They recommended that I make a claim with FedEx (the shipper) to see if I could get reimbursed. No offer of help or other solution. Do Not Buy this product or bother with the extended warranty.
