Read this book because I need to get better at discipline myself and keep myself motivated to accomplish my goals. On some days, I don't feel productive, which is fine because rest days are important. But it's best not to let yourself go for too long. This is why I like to read books like this to get myself pumped and stop procrastinating.
I like how this book helps me create the most helpful to-do list that I will actually follow, as well as teach me formulas for evaluating myself. It really helps me in achieving my daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. Must read!
