Be careful before purchasing anything from Smart Guard. I was having a problem with my electronic device with my original protection plan (the plan that was recommended with my product upon purchase), so I contacted Smart Guard and was informed the plan would not cover my product. The Smart Guard customer service rep told me to purchase a second plan, this EXACT plan the review is under. When I called back (after waiting for the registration of the second plan to complete and become active), a different customer service rep informed me that they in fact to not have ANY plans for the product I own. So after everything, I bought 2 plans, after being told the exact plans to purchase, neither one of them would work and cover my product. Now I have a product with no plans. Praying nothing happens to my device otherwise i'm SOL.
