I ordered these and received them a little bit damaged. One of the flip flops has a divot in the leather and the outside was a bit warped. I wrote them through the product questions asking if this was normal and I never heard back. Since I payed a lot for these flip flops I decided to try them out and they were severely too tight. They gave me severe welts and blisters to the point where I couldn’t really walk. I was really annoyed because flip flops shouldn’t cause these sort of issues. I wish there would of been some sort of disclaimer by Rainbow saying they needed to be broken in because I ordered the next size up thinking they were too small and started the process of returning the previous pair. Well apparently they processed the return as an exchange and now I’m going to have 3 pairs of these sandals. The only reason I even knew they needed to be broken in was because once I realized that they had processed the order as an exchange, I started reading the reviews and they consistently say they are too tight and needed to be broken in. I expected more from Rainbow and I’m disappointed I received damaged shoes with no warning that they needed to be broken in because I expected a high quality experience for $55 flip flops.
