I am not going to lie. I take my honesty and my reviews very seriously. So, when the last book ended where it ended and when this one started where it started, I was a bit angry and upset. I didnโ€™t like that they were apart again after everything we/they went through and all that stuff that happened in the previous four books, to end up where we are now. I was afraid this would continue way too long (in my opinion) into the book. Thankfully, this did not happen and I felt like it was only a tiny part of the whole book. This last book, just like the previous one, is also written in dual POV and I loved it. There were many twists and turns, a lot of things happened. We also got to see new characters again (like Hunter) and I loved the bromance vibes between Archer and Daemon. Itโ€™s the last book in the series and I donโ€™t know if I am ready to say goodbye to these characters. I feel like Iโ€™ve been through so much with them: the good, the bad, the ups, the downs, the laughing, the crying. I never thought I would love a book with aliens, at all, or let alone this much; but I did. I really liked the ending to this series, I just wished there was more. Overall, I can definitely say: best alien series Iโ€™ve ever read so far.
