This book is very user friendly with easy to understand instructions. The exercises are done in only 10 minutes and can help to get more focused and calm. My ADHD teen has a lot of trouble keeping focused, even on medications, and when I get him to do an exercise, I notice a difference in his day. I gifted a copy to my sons psychologist as she uses a lot of resources for her adolescent patients. A week later she emailed me thanking me for the book as she is preferring it to the other mindfulness books she has and has already used it and recommended it to multiple clients.
