Customer Review

Lillian Gaines finds herself settling in the little town of Willow Springs, first by holing up with a man who has no choice, really, but to share his isolated cabin with her during a particularly nasty snowstorm, and then by kindness shown by the close-knit townsfolk. But it is not until the surly Mitchell Hoffstetter finds himself opening up his grieving heart that Lillian may begin to believe that they could have something beyond their wild attraction for each other. While they both carefully but willingly explore the possibilities brewing between them, either of their still-tangible pasts could end shutting down any hope of a relationship…for good. Both Lillian and Mitchell had moved away for fresh starts and to grieve their respective losses, and that part was well written, as was their curiosity for each other’s life-changing experiences.
