Cluster of poor customer service. Ordered Aug 20, unable to be delivered due to missing apartment # on order. Amazon cancelled that card and resent. Recipient unable to activate. Amazon customer service cancelled that card and advised me to reorder ( Birthday now past). Reordered, card billed an additional $100 . I won’t get the original cancelled $100 back for 8 days. Odd that they can take money out immediately but not return it as fast. Amazon currently has $200 of my money, we have no gift card.
