It was supposed to include Cellular. It didn't. When we contacted Abe's regarding the issue, they punted us to Amazon customer service without even trying to resolve the issue. So, we had to go through the process of sending everything back. What a pain!! And we're done with Abe's. Also, we're done with buying high dollar items over the internet. We've been burned several times this year.
