This surge protector seems to be working great so far (haven't had any surges to protect from yet, so I can't speak to its effectiveness), however the RJ11 jacks in this product are not usable for DSL lines. DSL requires the usage of all four conductors available in a phone cable, but this only passes through two of those four connectors.
Also, the outlets have really weird connectors in them that require odd pressure/angle combinations in order to get in. Once they're in, they're secure, but sometimes it feels like I'm going to break the outlet trying to get the plug into it. And I wish the ethernet jacks (which pass through all 8 conductors, by the way) were not so close to the outlet on that side, it means I can't plug any sideways power supplies into it.
I love the swivel power cord, though, makes mounting much easier to cable manage.
