Wow! This final story set on Susan's Mallery's "Blackberry Island" gave me hope for my own "somewhat dysfuntional family". I could easily relate to the character, Nina, who takes on the everyone's problems and tries to "fix" them and is afraid to let go. I was afraid that Nina and some of the other characters would not get a happy ending so had to keep reading the book all the way to the end once I started. Once again, Susan did not disappoint but she sure kept me on "pins and needles" with the "bumps in the road" and "roadblocks" she threw in.I won't give away anymore of the story. If you like strong characters and romance with substance, you need to read this story for yourself.
