I have purchased and returned same print 4 times due to issues. I would call the tech support like and the response was, just send it back for exchange. No help at all. Bring it back to the USA.

1) Printer heads would not line up.
2)Auto feeder stopped working which I use
3) Would not connect to my network
4) Rollers from auto feeder would not clean up and marked scans.

I ended up purchasing a NEW scanner, Canon DR-C230. Best product ever.
