This is the third book of the series I have read, and Melinda Leigh did not disappoint. I got it two days ago and finished it today. Exciting, suspenseful, and with many plot threads that makes this book an excellent thriller.

One thing I noticed about this book is that Leigh did not include any 3rd-person limited point-of-view chapters from the perspective of the murderer. No complaints here, as I suppose Leigh did so because she felt it might have been too easy for us readers to guess who the culprit was in this instance. And given who the culprit actually was, I understand why Leigh made that decision and think it was smart to help preserve the mystery.

Five stars.
