Customer Review

The stories of Hans Christian Anderson, even the lesser ones, are all worth reading, so my negative review is not about the stories themselves. I enjoyed the stories I read. But I was very disappointed in this particular collection and how it was marketed in a misleading manner.. It was very incomplete, lacking many of Anderson's most well-known works. Both the listing biography and the "most helpful" customer review suggested this was the complete tales of Anderson, which it is not! Missing from this volume are The Little Mermaid, The Ugly Duckling, The Steadfast Tin Soldier, Thumbelina, and The Nightingale, among others. When you get something like this for free, you sometimes get what it's worth.
