Finally finished my project. The transfer box comes with excellent instructions and is solidly built. Their web site has very good videos for installing this product. The biggest problem for my installation was the identification for the circuit breakers(40+ year old panel and a lot of changed/mislabeled breakers). So after several hours and updating the breaker ID chart the actual connection of my transfer panel to the fuse box took less than 15 minuets. My setup was only 110v so I used C and D on separate circuits, which allowed use of all six available circuits As you can see from my before and after pictures I used the "in the wall" kit to install this box.
