I loved this book. Missy, Jake Ann and Grandma Lola are a great team. They make you laugh nonstop. Missy is kind and caring but also rather clueless and everyone seems to lead her along. She has a lot of room to grow and starts to make that transition near the end of the book. Almost everyone seems to truly care about her. The book had lots of action and things just kept coming up. It was one of those books where you couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. I feel like there is more to Elliot than what we have read, and I can't wait to find out what that is. I mean really, why is he always out running? He doesn't seem to have a job, but he bought a house. He is a mystery.

It could use editing and does seem to jump around but that doesn't decrease the enjoyment of the story.
