Packing bags are great. I've got about a dozen in black and gray, so I decided to order a set in red to ease packing when I go on multiple destination trips (first city is packed in black, second city is packed in red, etc...).

I used the red AmazonBasics Packing Cubes for a recent trip to Paris and the airline left my checked bag in the rain — my bag was soaked through. When I opened it at the hotel I noticed that the red dye from the Packing Cube had bled onto my clothes (most visible on my white undershirts)! They were all ruined. There was no dye transfer on the black or gray bags.

Be wary if traveling to damp climates or those with high humidity, as the same may happen to you.
