Only the Innocent

Every Solstice, Parents Would Give Their Daughters To Boys In The Town's Festival. Bette Had Pleaded A Cold When She Was Really Able To Go And Knew Her Father Knew It Also, But It Was Just The Two Of Them Since Her Mom Passed Away. The Town Was Near An Enchanted Forest Where Fairies And Unicorns Were Said To Live And Although Bette Had Never Seen Neither She Didn't Doubt It. Five Scruffy Hunters Rode Into Their Town And She Hurried Back To The Inn And Had Just Called Her Father When The Men Entered Looking For A Virgin As Bait, To Draw The Unicorn.

Phillip Helped His Father With The King's Horses And Was Chosen To Ride With The Hunters. He Was Quickly Trained And Given A Woman For The Night As Special Payment From The King, But Having Five Sisters He Wasn't Raised To Take Advantage, So He Gave Her A Coin And In The Morning No One Knew They Never Slept Together. Now, Here He Was Riding With Scruffy Foul Men Who Kidnapped An Innocent Girl!!!

Katrina Joyner Spins A Lovely Short Story That Will Capture Readers Hearts.
