Arrived on time. Excellent book. Recommended for my 6yo by his guidance counselor. The main character's name is Louis. The book explains the way ADHD makes Louis feel in different situations as well as how his behavior impacts those around him. It suggests ways to help Louis control his impulses, stay focused and avoid trouble. I absolutely love this little book. I love the ending because his mom let's him know that his ADHD is not his fault but the fault of genetics and that he has to put in the work to cope with his symptoms. "Being a verb is not easy, and it never will be but it isn't your fault, kid, cause' you get it from me".
