I really like the show on the Food Network and Claire Robinson's no nonsense, easy way of cooking. I thought the book would have more of the recipes that we could use every day. There were a bunch I am interested in and like and will definitely try, but there are also a large amount of recipes that I will NEVER make. So, that was a bit disappointing and why I didn't give it 5 stars. Otherwise, there are a bunch a really great recipes, such as edamame hummus, meat pies, fig and rosemary flatbread, beef stew-stuffed potatoes, and buttermilk pecan chicken.
