Countless people have jumped on the bandwagon of low fat, low carb, Paleo, low glycemic as well as numerous other diets, only to realize that these were unsustainable in the long term. They may also be at suffering from weight rebound, where the initial weight they lost during the earlier stages of the diet is quickly and mercilessly gained back. Exercising does not seem to help either, despite putting in the hard work, sweat and hours into the gym and cardio programs. The excess weight just does not seem to melt away
