I was hoping for a little more detail on the process of remote viewing, but instead it was a lot more about the history of parapsychology and his technique amounted to doodle as if you were a kid instead of letting your grown up mind get in the way. Considering that Ingo Swann was instrumental in developing remote viewing for the military, and there is a pretty rigid format they follow, I feel like Ingo left something out or professional remote viewers have added a lot. Overall, a little let down, but will practice doodling more and see what happens.
