About Deleted or Lost Gift Cards

Tips for handling deleted or lost Gift Cards.

If your Gift Card is an Gift Card that was delivered electronically, you can resend the Gift Card from the Your Orders page. If you accidentally lost a physical Gift Card, or if you need assistance resending an electronic Gift Card, please contact us.

You'll need to provide the following information:

  • Order number (if possible)
  • Purchaser's name and recipient's name
  • Physical or e-mail address to which the gift card was sent
  • The card number of the Gift Card (if the Gift Card was bought from an authorized retailer rather than online from

If the Gift Card is for a retailer other than, please contact that retailer for assistance.
