Receive an Amazon Allowance directly to your Gift Card Balance on a monthly, weekly, or one-time basis which can be used on digital content and millions of physical products.
Note: Amazon Allowance will be discontinued on July 30, 2020. You can no longer create or request an Amazon Allowance as of June 30, 2020. When an allowance is created, we'll attempt to automatically link the allowance to the Amazon account associated with the recipient's e-mail address provided by the allowance giver. Allowance funds will be added directly to the recipient's Amazon.com Gift Card Balance which can be used on millions of physical products and digital content.
If we're unable to identify an Amazon account associated with the e-mail address provided by the Allowance giver, we'll send an e-mail notification to the recipient's e-mail address asking the recipient to manually 'Accept Allowance' by visiting Amazon.com. The Allowance will remain in a 'pending' state until the recipient accepts the Allowance. If the allowance has not been accepted by the recipient after 6 months, the link to Accept Allowance will expire.
