You can do far better... try 'Vital Farms,' or even better... 'Happy Egg' brands.

To start, I'll grant you, I'm picky as hell about my eggs. Im the person that cheaps out on the brand of wine, but I'll spend top dollar on eggs. I bought these because my usual Amazon Fresh brand that I use for omelettes was out and I didn't feel like going to the store for my favourite brand (Happy Egg blue & brown eggs; o.m.g died and went to heaven eggs). The problem with these ones though, I noticed, was that when I'd go to crack the eggs, in 1/4 of them the egg yolks looked weird. It didn't look like the yolks had been cracked upon impact (but even if they had, 1/4 of them? No. Not with me doing it.), but rather it looked like they'd already been cracked inside the egg, almost watery like the whites. Ive never seen anything like it before. The first time I thought I'd just gotten a bad egg. But then it kept happening. Not to mention, ffor brown eggs their yolks are disturbingly pale yellow. Not a sign of a healthy egg really. I don't know what these guys do to their chickens or their eggs but I do know they're not worth the purchase.
