Great recipes, but disappointing

I may change my mind after going through all the recipes, but at first glance, there are an awful lot of what I would call "cheater" recipes. Cheater recipes are those that use not-readily available ingredients to create items that are, quite sincerely OFF the list for a NSNG lifestyle, but with these modifications, could work. Bagels, other baked goods, alcoholic beverages and more. Quite honestly, in turning to this way of eating, I want to be as far away from those items as possible!
It makes no difference to me if these recipes are using ingredients that fit the way of eating and are NSNG. The fact they are things I have craved and could lead me back to indulging is of NO help to me!
I do truly appreciate that Anna is trying to present to us items that are generally overly processed and creating them in a way that is conducive to the NSNG lifestyle. It simply does not work for me. I need more recipes that are easy to apply and ingredients simple to buy without needing to go to health food stores and go outside the boundaries of a normal, if not frugal, grocery budget.
My review could change as I try those recipes that work for me. If it is more than 50% of the recipes, then my review might get more stars, if not, then I have wasted my money and will continue to create my own recipes.
And... I WILL send my recipes to Anna!
