Overall a pretty decent Keto cookbook

I gave this review 4 stars and not 5 only because although I think there are some unique recipes that I haven’t heard of or found on Pinterest before, I do think some of them are very high in calories.
For example, the Avocado & Feta Tacos. For 2 they are 920 calories and 12 carbs.
The Greek Chicken without Tzatziki for 4 servings 678 calories.
I count calories as well as carbs and I can’t eat over a certain amount so this is important.
Every recipe is not like that. But I wanted to make consumer aware of it.
I have made the Pumpkin Fry Bread and it was very tasty.
Each recipe has a photo of it, which is also important to me as I am a visual cook. It has to look good before I eat it or try to cook it.
I have been Keto for almost three years. It’s nice when you can find food that doesn’t have strange ingredients or a recipe that has been beat to death on Pinterest .
Overall, I’d recommend this book.
