Mandy and Diesel really kept me reading. I loved their back and forth banter. Mandy went toe to toe with everything the grumpy sexy cowboy said. His hiring her as a realtor to sell his father's ranch was what got both of them in trouble when an accident caused Diesel to lose his memory and how contentious their relationship was. He thinks they are in a relationship and they are both falling in love. What will happen when his memory returns? Mandy thinks he will kick her to the curb because she's seen his N2U profile and it says man whore. But to Diesel Mandy is everything he's been missing in life. She's his queen and he's still her Grinchy whom she rides into liking and becoming a Jolly Rancher.

I love the way the author wrote this couple. Diesel was a grumpy sexy cowboy used to having his way with women and Mandy was a sharp-tongued challenge to his ego. She did not just fold to his flirting but he was wearing her down, memory loss, or no memory loss. He knew he was getting to her when he found her with her B.O.B. That was too funny. I'd love to read more about this couple in a future book.

So our favorite columnist gets her own surprise romance with a cowboy who is almost too good to be true. Diesel is wanting to sell his ranch his dad left him and Mandy is seeing the cowboy in a different light. After the fall and he bumps his head he is totally different and he seeing her and not just trying to score like he was at first. Mandy is seeing her Christmas dream with a man she really likes. Big mama is a chip off the old block. Maxi is just crazy and Uncle Earl is someone to love in his red suit. I loved that Diesel was man enough to admit that he could love after his father took his horse. It put ghosts to rest. I believe all of us asks ourselves if we have the compacity to love if someone we love growing up doesn't always show us their love. Yea, I got where Diesel was coming from and I am beyond happy that he got a happy ending with his nosy columnist. Love this story, next one.

This is a public service announcement. Forget the lights on the tree this year. All you need to light up your Christmas is the Jolly Rancher and Santa's naughty list because Diesel and Mandy have the electricity crackling.
When Diesel decided Mandy was his there was nothing that was going to change his mind. Even amnesia. Mandy knew she had her match in the grinch, and she turned the grinchy cowboy into a jolly rancher just by being her naughty self. Forget about the lump of coal. Spankings are coming in Mandy's stocking this year.
Can't wait to see what trouble they get into on the ranch in season four. Long live the lunchtime chronicles.

Not sure how to explain this book. Messy Mandy and Diesel story, not even sure you could call it a love story, it is a sex story. All they do is talk sex or have sex yet at the end we are supposed to believe they are in love. We have sort of been introduced to her in other books, but what can I say this book may be for others, not me.

There were some laughs and sassy mandy tells her own story, not just as the sise friend this go round. It was ok. It didnt pull me or make me cling to the pages. I probably finished it b/c it was short, if not I probably wouldnt have. I think ive just had enough of this storyline and series.
