About Gail Gazelle
After a 30-year career as a practicing physician, Dr. Gail Gazelle is now a visionary thought leader and speaker in the fields of physician burnout, mindfulness, and resilience.
A Harvard Medical School Assistant Professor, a Master Certified Coach (MCC), and a certified mindfulness teacher, Dr. Gazelle leverages the latest research in neuroscience, mindfulness practices, and emotional intelligence to help people live the lives of balance and satisfaction they dream about.
Dr. Gazelle is the author of Everyday Resilience, the Harvard Health Guide Mindfulness Support for Alzheimer's Caregivers, and her next book is slated for publication later this year. Her innovative work has been featured by NPR, ABC, CNN, O: The Oprah Magazine, and the New England Journal of Medicine.
Dr. Gazelle believes that everyone has a deep well of power and resilience within them and is committed to helping readers access and build theirs. She provides resilience tips and strategies through her keynote addresses, social media presence, and blog. She lives in Boston and, when not working, can be found out in nature with her German Shepherd-Lab mix, or dabbling in watercolor and fabric collage.
