Love it! I went back an forth between this and the very popular Surefire X300 (which is quite a bit more expensive). What I specifically liked about the Steamlight was the great reviews of the on/off/strobe switch. It is very easy to manipulate - the constant on with your trigger finger or the periodic on/strobe with your support hand thumb). I mounted this on my Glock G40 and couldn't be happier. The 10mm was purchased for a hunting sidearm and I wanted a light that would 'reach out' and light things up. Boy, does this light do that! In the woods at night you'll see things from a ways off. I also liked the beam that seems to be a little wider than the Surefire (again for the purpose I chose it for in the woods). Warning... it is bright, so if you fire it up in a home or

I've had this light on my P320 Compact Carry for some time now, have ZERO gripes about it. Every time I go to the range it stays on the gun and has endured 1700+ rounds of standard plinking ammo, and many magazines of various +P defensive rounds. It has taken tumbles off my nightstand with the full force of a loaded (albeit unchambered) gun. I explicitly trust this light to help me protect my property and work when I need it the most.
It is almost as bright as my Nitecore P12 (1000 Lumens) which is my EDC light and is rated at 800 lumens. The throw is great and it has a focused beam with great peripheral coverage, it illuminates entire rooms and is disorenting to anyone on the other side of it.
Tip for other P320 Carry & Compact owners: If you want the light to sit closer to the

I bought this originally so I could tear it apart and review that it was nothing but a fanboy product. I got so tired of hearing how great it was from all the tacti-morons. Well, I'm eating those words, because it actually IS great. Learning curve is very small, and when you use the right belts for the right blade, and realize to let it do the work without forcing it to, it works very, very well. It puts an edge on a dull knife from 420C to D2, S30V and CPM154. It polishes that edge. It hones it. I strop it anyway, and it makes short work of sharpening. I love using stones, but I do that for a hobby mostly. If I want a fast and sharp edge, I have this thing ready to go now. You don't need the more expensive Ken Onion edition unless you have

I am the guy that cannot sharpen a knife, no patience. This is the best sharpener I have ever used. Watch a few videos online, try it with a 'junk' knife to practice, that 'junk' knife will be better than brand new very quickly. Once you get how to use it,, its fastest, easiest sharpener you will ever own. 10 times better than those boxed electric grinders they call sharpeners. I live in Michigan and hunt and fish.
Starter pack of belts has done over 80 knifes of all types, fish knife is a bone slicer now, 4 axes, 3 hatchets, 9 lawnmower blades, and a few scissors. Hooked my brothers up and sharpened their stuff, they are buying me new belts. and the old ones are still doing the job.

Good idea and potential, but I had to return mine. You should known what it is good for and what it is not.

--- The Good ---
1. Probably the fastest sharpener out there!
2. Quality edge, smooth and holds long!
3. Belt sharpening in "a pocket"!

--- The Bad ---
I have a knife collection from 2" to 15" knives, so I needed a good sharpener, but here is why it did not work for me:
1. There is fine metal dust in the air, which goes in the face. Use a mask and do it outside. I was breathing the metal dust initially (because I was not aware of it), which is as fine as flour. It was hurting my nostrils a few days later. I wish there was warning about that.
2. The fine metal dust gets on the angle guides and does scratch the blades, especially if they are black coated. To avoid that

I buy my husband an expensive set of tools or organize his car, and he barely notices. I buy him a $9 speed square, and he can barely contain his happiness as he flips through the blue book.

I don't know. I just don't know. But he loves it. Says it feels so sturdy and that blue book alone would have been worth buying.

Wow, this is a nice tool. It replaced a plastic Speed Square. No matter how careful you are, those will eventually break (see photo). That's just a waste of resources.

This is 3/16 aluminum, with a rare feel of quality - an outlier that somehow remained untouched by the corporate bean-counters.

As for squareness, it checks out perfectly for framing work. If you are doing machine work, get the proper tool.

Everything you could want in a speed square. I’m not giving it a 5/5 only because the measurement ticket are large. This works great for scribing a line on the inside of the tool, I’m not sure why they are made so large/ aggressive on the outside. A must for any tool belt

If you are a small woman like me, then you will really appreciate this toolkit. I know that some reviews said that they gave these tools to their kids to play with, but I really hope they were joking. This tool kit is NOT for children. The tools are sharp and the hammer is heavy enough to do serious damage when swung like any other hammer. Anyway, I use the tools to hang things and assemble small furniture pieces. I hate going into the garage in the hopes that my husband put the hammer back in the same drawer. This kit is very light and convenient to me.

Edit: After about a year of use, the magnet in the screw driver came loose and fell out. I messaged the seller about any ways to get a replacement magnet, but did not hear anything back. Then one day there was a

I purchased this kit because it was inexpensive, small, but still had the typical tools you might need in a pinch. Only thing I didn't notice until I needed it was there are no philips head screw driver bits! There are regular, start tips, and allen tipped bits, but there is also and allen wrench set that comes with it, so I think the allen screwdriver heads is a little redundant, especially at the cost of phillips head bits. other than that its been handy.

Order these on a whim. I needed some new Dewalt's and saw this package deal for 20v Lithium drill set. Now, I will say this - Title is slightly deceiving as it's 20v Max and 12v base. Still does the job and works extremely well!! Used it to put my 4.5" lift kit on my 92 Jeep and had no issues for the most part. Battery life is decent. For consistent pick up and use I got about a good 4 solid hours before she needed to change the battery ( That is undo a bolts, put down, line up new shackles thread on new bolts and then use dewalt to set them and lock them down).

Lightweight, Great Price, Good Power (will lock on bolts super tight), Nice bag, quick charging times

Have many Dewalt tools and like the products. Before purchasing saw a U Tube review that said SOME of the drills in this kit have a problem with the bits falling out of the drill chuck when the trigger is released. So tested drill upon arrival and sure enough the bits kept falling out-the drill stops VERY fast and twists in your hand from torque. Spoke to customer service and without any problem from them sent it out-prepaid- for repair. Got it back with same problem. Now am sending to different service center (want it fixed and did not request a refund) for replacement with a tested drill. BTW, the impact driver and batteries in kit work great. Company told me if drill does not work properly upon return, they will give me full refund
UPDATE: Sent drill to 2 service

Not happy at all. Called the help line and the person pretty much treated me as if I was an idiot. Did you charge the battery. Absolutley no help at all. Tried to ask about returning it or refund she had no clue, tried calling dewalt and got no where. Going to try and return it, also smells like its burning up. Both units

This is a well built and functional tester. Not only does it feel rugged, but it is also half of the cost as one from the local hardware store. Looking through the reviews here, I am actually shocked that many reviewers here are complaining about the "ambiguous lights." While it can be better documented, the weak lights themselves convey important information about the outlets you are testing.

In many old houses, the ground connection is either disconnected or connected to a poor ground source, like a screw that may not be truly grounded. These lights allow you to visually see how good the ground connection is when compared to the normal L-N (Line to Neutral) connection, so if the third light is dimmer, then the L-G (Line to Ground) connection is most likely faulty (it probably will not be able to carry the same amount of current that would be required

I really do like this device, now that I've figured it out, i know what to expect of it. I took off a star for the lack of clarification on the device about odd readings (readings that are not described)

So, I've seen some reviews about light bleeding from one light to another, giving a somewhat confusing reading. This isn't light just bleeding through plastic, the bulbs in there are indeed lighting up but very faintly. I rewired a bunch of outlets, and in the process learned a few things about this device:

-It's made very nice, feels good
-It Cannot diagnose every problem
-The chart does Not describe every possible indication you may see
-It Does let you know overall if something is wrong.

So, what i mean is that on the device it shows you a list of all possible light configurations. However, two situations are notably missing: all lights on, lights partially on.

I first saw how many reviews it had and the stars it had and thought this would be a good item to get. I mean how can all these 1k reviews be wrong? When I first received the 3 sperry testers I was super excited. The size was perfect, compact and it doesn't block the outlet either above or below of the one you plug it into. They felt solid and the rubber molding on the sides was a nice feature. I go to plug it into an outlet and Major disapointment. It was so difficult to tell which lights were on. The small bulbs in there are not bright so they are hard to see during the day time and worse of all the light of one bulb will bleed into the compartment of the bulb next to it making it seem like the other bulb is on also

A family in our community recently died because they could not get out of their two story home. My husband is a firefighter and was one of the ones to find the family huddled beside the upstairs window. It was one of the saddest things ever. It was a mom and a dad and two kids. The stairwell in their home had burned up and they couldn't get out. If they had had a fire ladder they might have lived. After my husband got home from that call he ordered one of these on Amazon immediately. We recently moved to a two-story home and had not bought one yet. It is not worth risking it. We actually plan on buying another one to have on both sides of the house upstairs just in case we can't get to one. The only other thing I thought about that this latter would

As a firefighter this was one of the first things we purchased after we moved into our 2 story house. There is simply no reason not to invest in something so cheap that can save your life. Lord willing you will not need this device but you do not want to be in the position of needing it and not having it. I recommend at least 1 in the upstairs of your housing unit in a place that is easy to get to. This ladder is well made and easy to deploy if necessary so that even kids can do it if left at home and the worst happens. I would certainly recommend this product to others.

As September is Disaster Preparedness month, I though it would be wise to practice going up and down the ladder with the family. As it is primarily for the kids end of the house, the kids, ranging in age from 18 (190lbs) to 11 (90lbs) practiced climbing up and down. Yes, its a bit wobbly, yes,it works. Important note (and the reason for the 4 stars vs 5 stars)! As the picture shows, the metal edges of the steps are sharp, and will dig into the side of your house as people go down, causing damage to the paint and puncture marks in the siding of the house. Additionally, one of the red caps at the hook (windowsill) end of the ladder came off while we were practicing, gouging the finish below the windowsill. Yes, the ladder will work in an emergency, however, beware, when

It seems several reviewers have had trouble fitting this over a DIY 5 gal bucket. Maybe they slept through geometry class...

The Boss bucket will not slip over the standard DIY 5gal bucket, but does fit perfectly if installed as stated below.

1) turn Bucket Boss inside out
2) insert top INTO bucket
3) fold Bucket Boss over sides of bucket
4) slip one side of Boss Bucket under bucket handle

I ended up buying 3 more, one for each of my commonly used carpentry, electrical, plumbing and gardening tools.

UPDATE (with video): FIRST NOTE:... In the video I said "air compressor" instead of compressed air... -_- My bad! Anyway, this is still my favorite "toolbox" I've ever owned... even compared to a $200 I have. I just love that all of the tools I have in here are just out in the open and ready to grab. I really had to ponder on paying close to $30 for the tool, especially when I saw others that were considerable cheaper. I decided to remove approximately 60 linear feet of baseboards, rather than bending over and trying to sand and repaint them. This tool made quick work of the removal. Before I bought the tool I really couldn't figure out how the slanted square notch worked, but after using it, I think this is what distinguishes this tool from the cheaper ones. The notch helps separate the baseboard from the wall by just hammering down on tool, versus having to wedge a tool between the wall and baseboard and literally prying the baseboard from the wall. As a bonus, I used it to remove the carpet tack down strips; it was much easier with the tool than a crowbar due to the larger width

I am an above average DIYer with a healthy collection of tools. Yet no matter how many tutorials I watched, or how careful I was, I previously destroyed every piece of trim I tried to remove and/or damaged the wall.

This tool is nothing short of amazing. I removed a whole closet worth of trim in a few minutes with no damage to the trim or wall. I was blown away. Just make sure you use a sharp exacto knife to precut the caulk, have your hammer or mallet with you, then go. Worth every penny.

EDIT 3\2018: I used this tool to take the trim off another closet, then i removed the carpet as well. Having removed a fair share if carpet before, I know what an ugly, labor intensive job it is to remove the tack strips and staples once the padding is up. This time I was smart- one

I bought this about 9 months ago and thought it was a good time to do a review of it. Many folks review items after only using it once or a short period of time, but after a few months of use the Trim Puller has proved to be much more useful than I first thought! I've originally used this tool to take off inside window trim and baseboard and it did a great job, l was able to reuse the trim work which saved me a whole lot of time & money as it was stained with 3 coats of poly. I've also used it for taking up tackless carpet strips, but I should mention I also had to use a small 6" pry bar in some areas, but for the most part this tool did the trick and didn't damage the oak floors under the carpet. I've always used these snips, I abuse them. Typically, they'll last any good sheet metal man about a year if you use them every day. They're worth the price, as they're literally the only snips I will use to cut sheet metal with. DeWalt, Stanley, Klein, Wiss, I've never seen these brands perform with the strength, ease, durability and finesse as these snips do. If you know how to really cut with these things, you know what I mean. You just can't flip, spin and angle other brands the same way. I will admit to a certain disdain for their new choice in grippers, I've noticed after repeat cutting, they can tend to 'turn' sideways. Yes, they're softer than the previous 'hard-as-rock' handles, but they slip around a bit, which can annoy you after a time.

Also, they're great for trimming your nails while you're waiting for the new guy to

I needed to cut a piece of (fairly thick) sheet metal to patch a hole in an HVAC vent. I bought a pair of snips from Harbor Freight since I knew I would probably only use them the one time. Unfortunately the Harbor Freight snips were way too flimsy to cut the sheet metal I had bought and since the handles were plastic they were warping and bending while trying to cut the sheet metal - it just made a big mess and I couldn't have completed the cut even if I wanted to. I did some research online and found out about these snips as they are (apparently) considered some of the highest quality snips. While I still needed to use a lot of muscle to cut the sheet metal it was definitely do-able and it made a nice clean cut. I wanted to

I used this for my nails... why? Because glue for the most part is glue. Nail salons and nail companies that sell nails with the glue included or not usually have a weak glue.. why? Because they want you to keep buying (my opinion). I work with my hands and I also NOW refuse to go get my nails done ( especially in Cleveland because they over price). This stuff is amazing! This is the only superglue with a container that doesn't glue me to itself or to myself! I will never buy another Crazy Glue product because even if the product works, it doesn't matter if the containers suck. Update: Seriously, it will glue your fingers to objects. Be very careful where you point the applicator - just had an experience where the piece I was trying to glue on repeatedly stuck firmly to my fingers rather than the object I was gluing it to.

I know from experience nail polish remover will get it off. But actually it'd be nice if it had a little tint to it so I could make sure I hadn't accidentally spread it away from the surface to be adhered.

Still five stars. :)

I don't even bother with other kinds unless I need something with a rubbery consistency like barge cement. Long story short - this product will firmly glue my fingers together which is actually a good thing, because it means that it sticks to just about anything. This thing is made STRONG. This last week at the market I was pulling it down and it slipped. It fell from about 6ft and hit concrete. Didn't even scratch it. I'm not saying drop it on purpose but I thought for sure it would have been damaged if work at all. And it turned in and worked perfect! I love tho fan!

This is the 2nd fan I've bought. I love it! I use it for a weekly Farmers market tent. I hang it from the frame and it keep my customers cool while they shop. My original purchase was for the fan, battery set and charger. A full charge battery will run this fan on high from 8:30am-2:00pm and still have over half charge. It creates a nice breeze. Made 100* market days much more bearable. Highly recommend this little workhorse.

Love this fan so far. Will update as I use it more. The fan pivots back more than 90° as you may see from my picture. I’m currently conducting a run till dead test to see how long it will run at high-speed with Dewalt’s strongest battery the flex volt 9.0 AH battery. Seems pretty well-made, however, I’m going to hang on to the box to carry it in just to protect it. I hope the DeWALT comes out with a carrying case for this. The hooks pull out from the base allowing you to hang the fan on the job site, which is a nice touch. I have carried a queen mattress with this, a 65-inch TV, two portable air conditioners, boxes of office desk and the chair, 2 boxes that contain 4 bar stools, and many more. It handles bulky and heavy loads that are usually reserved for heavy duty equipment. Very maneuverable in tight areas. Stores away without taking up much space. Perfect for household use. I give it three stars for the following. Like many other reviews state, if you're not careful you can smash a finger or two while collapsing it flat. The large wheels that hold the handle in place when folded are spring loaded. If you fold the handle over too fast the springs will take over and the the whole thing snaps shut similar to a mouse trap. I first bought a few TP-Link HS200 wall switches to control my lights. It was a pain to remove the previous switches and wire these in. But I was so impressed with their ease of set up that next time I bought the HS103/HS105 plugs. I can now control lots of my appliances via TP-Link Kasa app or Alexa (or manually).
But I WORRY about the SECURITY RISK of sharing my home WiFi username/password with a Chinese company. SOMEONE, ahem, can get into my router, my PCs etc., and steal my bank credentials, or install botnets to launch malware attacks. So I STRONGLY RECOMMEND using a router that supports 2 networks. Make sure you have separate passwords for them. Use the main network for all your PCs, phones and tablets, and connect all these IOT devices to the guest one.

The Good This smart plug keeps other outlets free, works with Google Assistant, and Amazon Alexa, and offers plenty of scheduling and timing options.
The Bad The TP-Link Kasa Wi-Fi Smart Plug Mini isn't HomeKit-compatible.
The Bottom Line This smart plug is a great option for anyone interested in scheduling, voice commands and remote access to everyday devices up to 1,500 watts.
I love that I can control the device from my phone and that we can view it from afar, if the wife wonders if she turned off the hot iron, we glance at the app and turn it off if needed.

Once that is done, you can group them together however you like. I even create scenes using geo-fencing that will turn on my kitchen lamp when I am near home. I planned to use one of them for my Christmas lights. This way I don't have to bother with the old timer like before.

As a part-time locksmith for many years, I have learned most residents are clueless how easily, quickly and quietly the vast majority of key locks may be opened without the proper key. This simple device offers a huge increase in security, while one is home or sleeping at night, but it only functions on doors which open into the room which you are protecting. It also helps reduce kicking in doors, which often now is a favorite way crooks attempt to enter buildings. If mounted high up, it discourages young children from leaving the house on their own, letting in strangers before the parents make it to the door or from entering the parent’s bedroom unannounced. I have purchased over 30 of these locks recently and they are currently my favorite gift for friends and family members, usually four locks at a time, along with heavier

Once our little boy was upwardly mobile, he developed a keen interest in the outside world, only to be foiled repeatedly by a deadbolt that he was too short to reach. After a few months, and plenty of Brawndo, he finally achieved his lifelong goal of growing tall enough to lock and unlock the door by himself. As we love him, and don’t want him completely out of the house for another 16 years or so, we purchased this smooth-operating reinforcement lock to keep him at bay, and I absolutely love it.

The ‘Satin Nickel’ finish matches our door handle and hardware

A great supplemental lock IF you install it with Tapcons and drop the junk 3" pot metal screws in the trash where they belong. Why provide a robust supplemental lock capable of taking quite a load, with junk screws, that also have small heads? See my fotos - they will hopefully communicate better than words my point. Anyone trying to force entry through a door with one of these locks using the provided screws is going to pretty easily either shear the screws off at the heads, or, the lock holes will quickly slip over the undersized screw heads. I like the lock. I like the design. I like that what the lock provides the average door with average locks a GREAT deal more security. But the manufacturer completely and knowingly fails its customers by providing screws that are junk.

Bought these because I have a 2 yr old who is obsessed with going into her 9 yr old sister's room and making a huge mess of all of the toys she finds. She has a door lever which makes it easy for my 2 year old to go in. So we bought the keys so my 9 yr old can keep her door locked when she is not in the room and while in school. If I take a shower or just use the bathroom for a minute the first thing my 2 year old will do is go into her sister's room. Not anymore thank goodness. Plus one time the bathroom had been locked for 4 days because I just couldn't get it open with a bobby pin which usually always works. Thank goodness for these keys and for having a second bathroom.! Having multiple just put them

These have saved my life. Not in the literal sense, you know, but they've been moderately convenient which is the next best thing. As my bedroom doorknob has the slot that these... er, fit into, I find it great that I can finally lock my door whenever my mom babysits 7 devil children that scream and ravage our home. It also helps if one of them locks themselves in the bathroom, which can also be opened with these.

Could I solve all of my problems by replacing our doorknobs/locks? Probably.

Is this cheaper, faster, and much more convenient for my lazy self? Yes.

I rest my case.

didnt work very well for my doors, but maybe i should have know that my interior doors were not kwikset? :\

Little flat part at end wouldnt fit little round hole in my doorknob. I made it work by smashing edge of the flat part with hammer until it was roughly same width as body of the key, then it fit in doorknob.

FYI - good material on the key, it took a LOT of hammering to bend it. I did it to one of the keys, and dont plan on doing the rest...all that hammering is a pain in the MekkaLekkaHiMekkaHineyHo

The OEM filters are pricey, but to me they're worth every penny. I have looked all around for any other alternative that is rated as highly as these for contaminant reduction and there are none. I cannot find a single filter that replaces UKF8001 that is both NSF/ANSI 42 and NSF/ANSI 53, let alone NSF/ANSI 401 as well! All the cheaper, non-OEM filters that I have seen are NSF 42 only, if certified at all. I don't see the point in wasting money on a cheap filter that may not actually be filtering anything instead of paying up for a filter that filters contaminants like Naproxen and DEET out of the water. Do yourself a favor: if you're actually trying to filter your water, get this filter. I've had 4 now, all worked perfectly.

The flow rate on this filter (0.8gpm) is so much better than the generic replacement I had bought while trying to save money (0.5gpm,) that it's easily worth the premium price (and this Amazon price is better than I found anywhere else.) I had a store brand filter from T H*ME D**OT in my Maytag french door refrigerator. You can see in my attached photo the difference in design: This filter, on the right, is larger, and has more holes for the water to flow. The family complained that it took too long to fill glasses; the Keurig reservoir took FOREVER! I timed the old one, it took almost exactly 60 seconds to fill a 1 quart jug. This new Everydrop filter filled the same jug in 32 seconds.

I went through 2 of these filters now. the result SLOW FLOW!!! i believe i found the cause to the problem. If you would happen to look at your bypass cap that comes with the fridge and the filter and see the 2 parts that are raised inside the cap. The cap is raised higher than on the filter which would allow it to push the flow valve in further causing more water to flow. I believe on the filters it's not pushing the valves in far enough to allow a good water flow. the plastic mold isn't correct when they created the filters. The filtering isn't the issue it's the actual plastic mold itself I believe is the issue. Quite a shame for something that's so pricey.

For under $60, you can't beat this kit!

I would consider myself to be an "around the houser" when it comes to using tools. I'm not doing any voluntary DIY projects, but hanging pictures, fixing door handles, putting together furniture (you get the picture) is normal for me.

After reading through different reviews on Amazon and watching youtube videos I decided on the Black and Decker and I'm very happy with my purchase.

- The battery life is great, I've never done anything where I needed to stop halfway through to charge the battery (plus you can get spares). I think another reviewer said it lasted him around 4 hours.
- The torque is great. I've never had one problem drilling or removing screws.
- Hard to explain, but I feel as if I have more control over the speed / power im putting out vs my old dewalt drill.
- Relatively

I ordered this drill as I had some home repair projects to do. I already had a B&D Trimmer, which I really like too. So I already had a few extra
batteries for back-up. (never needed to use them).
I have been pleasantly surprised at the torque power. The battery lasted over 4 hours, and was going strong when I had finished my project.

This drill is not meant to build a house, but it sure is an excellent tool to have to do jobs around the house.
The added bits are nice too.

You won't be disappointed.

This thing battles along really well. I am surprised. It has built a lot of stuff since I have bought it. I probably have over 50 hours of operating time behind it now. It has helped me build some beds, desks, storage boxes, shelves and a garden. My only complaint is that it only comes with one battery - make sure to order a second one so you don't end up being forced to take breaks - ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE PUNCHING THROUGH METAL OR HARDWOOD/COMPOSITES!

I did notice that the drill can get quite hot. I read a few reviews that say units burn out. I think if you do not pay attention here you can kill the drill if you are not careful, the good news is, it does not get hot often, and when it does it does not take long for it to cool back down with

I got tired of lugging around a 50 pound job bag just for some small repair. This is my new small job bag and it works great. I can throw in a double handful of tools and take this little bag to the job. This bag doesn't have everything (like my big bag does) but I can toss in whatever I need for the job at hand. I really like this bag and my arm is starting to shrink back to it's normal size now that I don't carry the big bag anymore.

Awesome Tool Bag! Bought to replace plastic tool box. Love this bag. Holds more tools and measures smaller than my old tool box. Since you loose the removable tray with a bag, I purchased a couple small zipper pouches for small items to help keep them organized. So far very happy!

I recently started working for a setup company and needed tools and a bag to take to work. This bag is more sturdy than I expected. It's made of a pretty decently thick material that isn't very prone to tearing or getting holes in it. It can definitely hold a lot of tools. There are multiple inside pockets that line the inside perimeter of the bag that vary in size. There are multiple pockets on the outside of the bag as well as a hook for you to clip your keys or anything you need to have readily and easily accessible.

The shoulder strap connects by clipping it onto hooks on the ends of the bag. The hooks are not on the same side of the bag so the strap actually crosses over the bag. There is a pad for the strap, but understand that this bag is meant to carry
