Bad read, purchased just for a class
Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2019
I purchased this specific book for a class I took on Object Oriented C++ and I did not really learn from it. The examples were code that were pages a few pages long, having previous concepts stacks on the new concept. I felt the short and sweet articles online about certain topics such as classes or polymorphism helped me a lot more than the reading in the book because in the book, examples had many lines of code that contained previous concepts. I would much rather see a small example of how a class looked like initially rather than a 3 paged code example.
