This book is adorable. The story is cute, illustrations are beautiful, and the book is very well made, BUT who thought having black lettering on dark colored pages for a bedtime book was a good idea!? It is extremely hard to see the words if you're in a room that's not full of light. I have an eye disease so at first I just thought it was me, but when my SO, who has perfect vision, was squinting and moving the book around to catch the light, I knew it was the poor choice in font color.
