I confess that I really enjoyed this large print puzzle book. With just one puzzle per page, it is perfect. It offers a large a great variety of categories, all relevant to the 1970s. Moreover, having been a young adult in the 1970s, it was really a wonderful and highly enjoyable trip down memory lane, a total blast from the past.
The paper upon which the puzzles are printed is thick enough that it allowed me to use my broad tip Sharpie marker to highlight the words without any bleed through. I prefer using markers to highlight the word, rather than to use a pen to circle the word, simply because it is much easier to see what I am doing. It is clearer visually.
This book of seventy (70) word search puzzles makes a great gift for those who like to do word searches and would like the ease of large print, as well as the capability of being able to use markers with confidence. For those who may get stuck, the solution for each puzzle can be found at the end of the book.
