Good Information/Good Test Prep - Could Be Better

Unfortunately, I scheduled my ASE (C1) Test prior to actually receiving this book. Even more unfortunately, this book arrived a day late which only left me with one night to study, prior to taking my test, instead of a full 2 days. I still passed but I believe that is more due to the fact that I have been Service Dept. Manager for the last 6 years, rather than the book being that amazing of a study guide.
I will say, had I not purchased, received and study this book, I would have NOT passed the ASE C1 Test. It quickly brushed up my old passenger vehicle knowledge and component memory. I've been managing a HD Diesel Tractor/Trailer shop so this automotive stuff has became a bit hazy.
Sadly, I passed by literally a hair. Had I missed one more question, I would have not passed. Be mindful, the C1 test focuses heavily on Customer Service (Communications), followed by Product Knowledge and Shop Operations. The Customer Service question segment is worded funny (to me) and can be hard to interpret. Product Knowledge is straight forward, know the basics (get this book). Shop Operations is a short segment but you should be familiar with technician communication and management skills. This may be something you can only really "pick up on" by real world experience. Maybe the book has everything you need. Again, I only had 5 hours to study so I did not get to go from "front to back".
