More pamphlet than book; useful info; overpriced

Low rating is because I didn't get much for the price. Two stars because the author is knowledgeable and there are some take aways. Ultimately however, I feel duped for having paid the book price for this brief pamphlet.
What I did get may or may not be useful. The author appears knowledgeable, but there's little support for much of the information. Most of the information appears to be based on the personal experiences of the author and are to some degree in flux based on continued and on going experimentation. Should I base my next event or next season on experimental advice?
There's some useful "how to" information, especially detailed day-of-the-event nutrition information. While not ketogenic, there's nutritional advice for the low carb athlete. Does it apply to my ketogenic diet? Time will tell.
